These Terms explain how you may use the Court’s online Portal. Please read them carefully.

General

This site provides access to the San Joaquin County Superior Court (“Court”) through a secure web server (the “Portal”).

Data available through the Portal is updated in real time. The Portal is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled maintenance. Maintenance windows are determined by the Court and/or its contracted vendor. When possible, notice of maintenance will be posted on the Court’s website. Users may experience temporary service interruptions during these periods.

The Court reserves the right to restrict or suspend any activity that adversely affects system performance. Automated data mining or excessive usage above thresholds established by the Court is not permitted. If such activity is detected, the Court may limit access to maintain system stability.

If you experience issues creating an account, please use the Contact Us link on the home page and include relevant details such as error messages and screenshots, if available.

By using the Portal, you acknowledge and consent to the Court monitoring and auditing access associated with your login credentials.

Access to the Portal is granted at the sole discretion of the Court. User accounts may be enabled or disabled as needed.

Any person who willfully destroys or alters an electronic court record may be subject to penalties under California Government Code section 6201.
